A credit is how you "pay" the AI to build a proposal for you. One credit = one typical proposal (Level 3 — what most contractors send). Simpler jobs (Level 1) cost half a credit. Bigger commercial proposals (Level 4–5) cost a little more. Your plan comes with a monthly bucket of credits.
You're charged when the AI does work — when it builds the first draft of a proposal, when you ask it to rewrite a section, or when you ask it to handle a change order. Typing your own text is always free. Resending a proposal is free. Five free regenerations of any AI draft so you can dial it in. After that, each regeneration costs 1 credit.
The detail level of your proposal. Level 1 is a one-page residential repair. Level 5 is a full enterprise contract with attorney-grade language. You pick the level when you start a proposal. Higher levels cost slightly more credits because they're more complex.
Yes, up to one extra month. So if you don't use everything in March, you carry the unused amount into April — up to a max balance of two months of your plan. Top-up credits you bought separately never expire while you're a subscriber.
