Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be confident in ScopeEngine. This Refund Policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee, free trial terms, and how cancellations work. By subscribing, you also agree to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Free Trial

ScopeEngine offers a 7-day free trial with full access to plan features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access will end automatically with no charge.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ScopeEngine within your first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@scopeengine.ai to request a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Eligibility

Refunds under the 30-day guarantee apply when:

• The request is made within 30 days of your initial paid subscription charge
• You have not previously received a refund for the same account
• Your account has not been terminated for violation of our terms

After the 30-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that period ends. Canceling does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the 30-day guarantee window.

6. Downgrades and Plan Changes

If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time on a higher-tier plan unless required by law.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
